Me encantaron los piercings que compre son de muy buena calidad y se ven preciosos, quise hacer una pequeña compra para ver que tal y me lleve una grata sorpresa, aunque debo decir que si tardo poco menos de el mes, para ser exactos 23 días es llegarme a México a la ciudad de Jalisco pero igualmente me encanto todo y volvería a encargar con gusto, vale la pena la espera

I got my nose pierced and didn’t realize I was sensitive to certain metals apparently.. the piercing site was painful and wouldn’t heal, but people kept telling me it was normal to just wait 8 weeks... I did research and decided I wanted a titanium something so a google search landed me here. The hoop I ordered allowed my nose to heal very quickly and now there’s no more pain. Instant relief. I haven’t taken it out since I got it. It’s so comfortable in that I forget my nose is pierced. Night and day difference!! So glad to have this hoop.

While the items look exactly as they do in the pictures and are very cute I've been highly disappointed by this company's business practices. They claim to be a locally sourced business out of California that uses USPS, DHL, or other North American shipping companies and yet my packages have come from China through a Chinese shipping company. My first order was split in two for some reason with one package coming from China, which I thought could have been a computing error. However when my most recent (2nd order) was also shipped from China with the same Chinese carrier I became concerned. When I tried to reach out to find out what was going on and try to get a refund I've been completely ignored when they had been very responsive the day before. I've tried getting in contact with them through email, the chat option on their website, their Facebook page, as well as Facebook instant messenger, where they had responded to me only the day before because I hadn't recieved any shipping updates. It's not the business I thought I was supporting nor the products I thought I was buying as the materials could be of questionable quality and I obviously want to be careful what I put in my body. I also would not have paid as much for mass-market items from China as pieces I thought were being hand crafted. It's been highly disappointing as they have a lot of really cute items, but I can't support a business that isn't honest in their practices or responsive with their customer service. ***Edit*** I have indeed recieved a refund and am satisfied with the resolution. It shouldn't take me publicly shaming a company to get a response. It still doesn't really make sense why my items would come from China when there are other warehouses much closer. However my point about dishonest business practices still stands as their website statements about location abd shipping services are still deceptive.

My delivery was ever so slightly slower than my previous purchase but it hadn't affected me at all as it was only a few days and I don't blame the company for that. I'm so happy with my purchase! It is a bit difficult to get on and off the FIRST time but is completely fine afterwards, just like anything new. Nice, comfortable, attractive! I do genuinely like my jewellery from here, it's nice to find such beautiful jewellery that doesn't cost so much and isn't bad quality. It is absolutely wonderful. I have mentioned this on their TikTok (from @positivelyerror) before too and the responses are lovely! Customer service is great. I really do like Oufer Jewellery. It is something I absolutely appreciate and the compliments I get from all of my piercings are wonderful. Thank you!

Everything was great. They send you an email in which you can track your product and you don't have to wait so long.
