I was looking for a specific size ring for my conch piericing. Luckily I was able to find the perfect size on Oufer! But then tragedy struck…when filling in the billing info, it autopopulated over my shipping address and I didn’t realize it! So my jewelry was shipload to an address I no longer have access too. Luckily I reached out through email and they have been more than willing to get the item replaced for me! They have been amazing! Can’t wait to receive my jewelry!!

Shipping and packaging were both very quick, so I can't fault that. The jewellery itself is pretty poor quality, with one piece I received having wobbly gems and poor threading, I can't fully screw the top on. The other piece, I can't remove either end, so it's completely unusable. I've reached out to their support email and received no reply and I only receive auto responses thanking me for messaging via Instagram dm.

I was extremely excited to receive my ordered Halloween jack-o'-lantern septum piercing. I really love the design, but only after a week and a half of wearing it, the paint is already peeling off. I am very sad because the design is fading and I was looking towards wearing this jewellery piece for a long time. :(

Site was good and easy to navigate and got my package quickly. Though product was different in size when I got it and one nipple ring would not stay on

I really wanted to love this item and I did when I first received it!! But I quickly grew to hate it when I couldn’t get the ball or the spike on the ends to unscrew. I tried everything and nothing helped! I don’t know if it was just the one I received but so far i haven’t even been able to wear it because of how hard it is to unscrew!!
