I’ve tried calling and emailing customer service and have yet to receive a response

I ordered two nose hoops because I wanted two of the same for my nose. Both nostrils are pierced. Well only one will latch and the other comes open and falls off. Very disappointing. Now I still don’t have two of the same and I have a useless nose hoop.

My experience so far is they did not sent the entire order, one item was used with blood... customer service is terrible!

Don't order from Oufer! Their designs might look cool and the deals seem great, but the quality is seriously bad and could even be unsafe. I bought some septum rings from them, and they turned green after a while. I've tried reaching out to them on every platform, but haven't heard back at all. Honestly, it's worth spending a bit more for safer, better-quality jewelry—lesson learned.

So I buy oufer jewrely alot, tbh its a hit or a miss and I know this already. I have never contacted them but this time I got a duplicate order. I ordered a internal threaded labret post and a push pin labret post. They sent me two internal threaded. I contacted them and they offered me %30 off of the labret post. Why? Not my fault I never received the other one they sent me the wrong one. I told them that but thats all I was offered. They said it would cost more to refund so should they go ahead and refund me the %30 ..in other words take what I can get? Nope.. last time ill buy their jewerely.. alot of jewelry is also listed as titanium and IS NOT. You charge more for titanium because its a quality jewerely to put in a fresh peircing and to use in sensitive ears.

I bought a flower rook piercing, it looked very good and there was nothing wrong at first. After a while it turned a bit green and my ear started to swell. Very disappointed because the product description said it was made of stainless steel.

J’ai fait 2 commandes sur ce site en 2023 et j’en ai eu pour plus de 100€ de piercings. On a vraiment des piercings pour pas cher (il y a toujours des codes promo) qui sont originaux et changent de ceux qu’on peut voir chez le perceur. Tous mes piercings pour septum viennent de ce site donc si vous avez des piercing déjà cicatrisés (j’insiste sur le fait qu’ils soient vraiment bien cicatrisés par ex mon septum avait 3 ans au moment de la commande) les bijoux sont biens. D’ailleurs dans chacune de mes commandes j’ai eu des piercings en cadeau! Par contre, j’en ai pris pour mes nouveaux trous aux oreilles et je ne recommande pas vraiment pour les piercings fraîchement cicatrisés ou en cours de cicatrisation. J’ai acheté des bijoux en titane, censé être le matériau parfait pour ne pas avoir de réaction pendant la cicatrisation… mes deux piercings (conch et hélix) n’ont jamais cicatrisé, j’ai fait infection sur infection et c’est quand j’ai changé de bijoux (et de site internet) que je n’ai plus rien eu. Je sais que c’est bien du titane puisque j’ai fait mes IRM avec mais je suis assez mitigée sur la qualité en elle même du bijou. De plus, j’ai remarqué que de la rouille était présente sur l’un des piercing pour septum que j’ai acheté, pas sur tous mais ça peut remettre en question la qualité de ce site et la durabilité des bijoux… Pour moi ce site est bien si vous avez des piercings cicatrisés qui ont au moins 1an voire 1an et demi. Si c’est tout frais mieux vaut vous diriger ailleurs.
