Otter has a very easy user interface. Highly recommended. I usually get my things wrapped in 30mins...but recently I had a meeting recorded for over 1 hour and luckily it was revived after paying the upgrade amount. Otter is great to use. Amazing customer service. Thankyou to Junnior for making everything smooth.

I reached out to cancel my subscription and ask about a refund for a renewal I didn't intend to keep. Junnior handled everything within minutes. He cancelled the plan, removed my card on file, and issued a full refund as a courtesy. He was clear, kind and quick. Great support experience, thank you Junnior!

I had noticed an extra bill payment which was confusing and I raised this through the customer service enquiry menu. I did in fact make a mistake interpreting how the billing worked but was not aware of it. Jennifer handled my enquiry, I was responded to within 24 hours and her communications were clear and looked to determine what my issue was. As a small business owner every $ counts (especially when it comes to USD charges against the NZD). This has made my not just my day but my week, I'll like to express gratitude to Jennifer for this and it is very appreciated that a mistake I made has not cost me any money. In a time when online delivery sometimes makes you feel like a number rather than a seen customer, the support, response makes you feel like you are a valued customer. As a sole business owner and having to be a jack of all trades when it comes to running a business around efficiency products, these interactions and connections make all the difference. I have been impressed with the Otter functionality and product, but now I'm totally impressed by the customer service team sitting behind the company product also. I had a billing issue that I wasn't sure was going to be taken care of to my satisfaction. But to my surprise Junnior was on top of it and quick in responding to boot! He was professional, courteous and did more than he has to. I'm very thankful for that and will be recommending Otter to my colleagues.

Agni was fantastic! I had to cancel my billing account after I left a job and lost access to the account. Agni helped me do that, preventing me from getting charged when I didn’t have access to the account because I used it under a work email. Agni was quick, efficient and so helpful!
