I was worried when I went to record a client, and saw that I had a message along the top of my screen telling me I had two live Otter accounts - Pro and Business - and I needed to cancel one so I wouldn’t be charged an annual subscription for both. It inferred this could happen very soon. I hadn’t consciously signed up for two accounts. I wrote in to enquire about this, and within half an hour I received a reassuring and warm message from Support staff member Kellin. The whole affair was resolved really quickly. Kellin identified which was the duplicate account and closed it down for me. Correspondence was courteous and efficient, and I had that great feeling of communicating with a real, switched-on person rather than going round in circles with a bot or that type of ‘support’ service whose business almost seems to be obfuscating the issue. Full marks, Kellin and Otter! Your recording and transcription service has revolutionised my online English teaching methods and massively expanded the added value I can offer students post session. I recommend this site to everyone.
