Otter AI has been great! I love that it keeps track of what is discussed in my meetings and gives me to-do lists after each session. It has made my ADHD brain function much better.

Absolutely love this app. The Teams integration is fab, the meeting summaries you get afterwards are superb & it’s been an absolute game changer for me as someone with ADHD that always struggled to keep good notes in meetings. Now I can send an almost instantaneous follow up email & also copy straight into my to-do lists. While this review reflects my honest opinions, findings, beliefs, and/or experiences with Otter; I have to disclose that this review was provided as part of a promotion from Otter. It doesn’t in anyway affect the context of my experience, however.

Otter.ai has been extremely helpful to me, saving me time in meetings, so that I can pay attention to what is going on and feel confident because I know the meeting notes will be sent to me for my convenience. I'm grateful because sometimes I will forget something from the meeting and the notes highlight all topics. This review was provided as part of a promotion from Otter.

This is a fabulous tool. It allows me to pay closer attention during a meeting, instead of trying to take screenshots, notes, and printing out the transcript. I am also able to share the Otter notes with colleagues. It is a HUGE timesaver. Love it and have recommended it to tons of colleagues.

We love using Otter.ai to record and transcribe verbal exchanges in Zoom and IRL meetings. The ability to go back and tidy up the transcription and match it to voices is great. It is definitely the best transcription software we have tried. We run a meditation coaching business, so having clear and usable text to hand off to clients is critical to success!

From the first time I used Otter, it was clear that this was a gamechanger for my work. I meet with so many people and have to organize thoughts and checklists each day. Otter has simplified that and is saving me hours each week!

Great experience with Otter. It's working pretty well with us for recording all face to face and online meetings. it does require a bit of editing, but the time save has been great even including the editing time. Not had a need to reach out to their customer service team yet, so I cant pass comment on that.

I've been an Otter customer for several years. I had a bit of a billing mixup - a rep gave me the wrong pricing for my renewal - and reading these reviews made me fear the worst. However, Otter worked with me and honored the price the rep had given me, keeping me as a customer. It took a few communications to get it right, but they came through in the end. Not every company is willing to stand by their rep's mistakes, but Otter did for me.
