Otter is a great time saving tool transcribing phone calls. It is largely accurate and fast. I've been using it for a number of years now and it seems to be improving with time. I won't be switching services any time soon.

I have used Otter.ai since it was released. It is highly accurate, and the features keep improving. The price is a little too high for what I need, so I use the free version. But the premium features were great. I was offered an incentive to write a review. But I would have written this anyway.

I am a freelance writer who uses Otter to transcribe interviews. I record interviews using Google voice, then upload the file to Otter. I find the accuracy of transcription to be about 90 to 95%, depending on how clearly the interviewee is speaking and whether they have an accent. I find the ability to start and stop the recording as I read the transcription to be very helpful as I'm writing. I would recommend it. This review was collected as part of a promotion, but the review is my own.

It's a great tool that's easy to use and quick to upload recordings. The translations can be a bit hilarious, sometimes, but on the whole it's pretty accurate.

I like that Otter provides the AI generated summary. I like that you can listen to the transcript along with viewing the text and make edits to it. I like that you can assign a speaker name.

It took a while for a response to my request, but when they did respond, they fixed my issue straight away

Just wanted to add a positive review saying that (counter to some of the reviews I read) I had a decent experience with their customer service team. Brittany was very helpful and relatively expedient in solving my issues over the weekend. Only giving 4 stars because there should really be a phone number for customer service as well if you're paying a regular subscription fee. The experience I had with customer service over email was good (though slower in resolving my issues that a phone call would have been).

It’s so helpful and effective for my task optimization. But sometimes it couldn’t catch the words.
