Otter.aiReviews of otter.ai

This is far away the most efficient software to record and transcribe my meetings. Without the need for a desk app or additional pop-up windows, you can record any meeting from any other platform or website seamlessly. What I love the most is their AI integrations, as it will give you summaries, key points, and follow-ups immediately; and if you need anything else, just ask.1000/10

It was so nice having a recap of my Zoom call. I didn't have to take the time to write it up for the team! I am using it for every meeting and sharing it with my associates as well. Brilliant software! THANK YOU OTTER.AI

I love using Otter during meetings. I am a secretary and often have to take notes during meetings. I love having Otter as back up, especially when they are raffling off numbers.

I’m so glad I found Otter.ai after unsuccessfully trying several different transcription softwares. It saved me so much time transcribing interviews for my masters research. It was particularly helpful in my case where the interviews were translated into English. One helpful feature is that it tracks the exact place in the transcription while the audio is playing. I will definitely keep using otter.ai for my transcription needs!

I use it so daily so much that it's like an old favorite tool. It's so convenient I just ' otter' all the time. Easy to use and understand. Great customer service also. This is part of an Otter promotion but I was happy to do it.

Otter.ai has made taking meeting notes SO EASY! The ability to listen to the meeting again and view screenshots of presentations during the meeting is a game changer! All attendees appreciate the notes sent within minutes of the meeting ending and the AI action items in the email with the recap.

I've been using Otter.ai for more than 4 years. Having access to reasonably priced transcription that can be easily shared was a game changer for my communication skills consulting business.

I find it so fascinating that the information was clear and understanding.
