I had the best customer service with Junnior! I was having some problems with our account. I had researched the articles Otter has and just couldn't quite figure out what to do. I am not terribly "techy". I put in a Help Ticket and Junnior got back with me quickly. He clarified to understand exactly what I needed and then he solved everything with kindness, expertise, and expediency. Really appreciate Otter and Junnior!

For my use case, I am a student who studying at France and have hard time listening to English in French accent and Otter did help me really well. There was a time, I accidentally purchase they subscription on my other account so I ask for they help and Julia from the team kindly helped me to refund when they know the case (although it is not part of they policy) so that I can buy on the other account.

I emailed a query on my account and Agni was quick to respond. Within an hour the query had been resolved. Agni applied discretion (in my favour) even though they could have applied the rule. I am a happy person and appreciated the human-to-human connection. Ironic since the service is an AI service. More of this please :) #happycustomer
