otter.ai is my number one recommended AI tool. I am able to stay engaged in meetings as it takes my notes. It provides a helpful summary, action items, more detailed summary and the full transcript with recording if I need to go back and reference the conversation. the number one reason I signed up initially is at the time and i think it still is the only meeting AI that takes screen shots and saves them in the transcript so all the slides someone shared but you are not going to get a copy of are now available to you anytime. I don't have to use my phone to take pictures during online meetings. This is also very effective for city council meetings i can attend in person (or not) and the otter attends through the zoom option getting all the staff slide presentations that they never share after. I have been using it for 7 months now and have i know multiple people that have signed up and now use it as well.

I use very often in my discovery researches with clients from all over the world and I love that Otter.ai is so good at picking up different accents, analyzing speakers, and creating very effective summaries after each recording. I never miss any important details when I use it!

Quick and easy for people with verbal processing challenges, and difficulty typing and wording emails. I struggle to follow group conversation. Here it can record and transcribe them, removing the need for me to relisten and relive the confusion. It recognises separate voices and groups per person. I love to record songs in the moment I come up with them. It's fast and doesn't require internet to initially record the audio. I can open it immediately. It transcribes, so I don't need to relisten to the whole thing to edit my lyrics or to identify which song is which. It allows manual editing, so that misinterpreted words can be rectified. This feature is interactive and you can change the word as it replays the audio, allowing for smart text editing, tracking audio as you type. Very convenient. It allows exporting with many options. Often I use email.
