I live in a small remote town and work on community development. The virtual meeting format is how our committees work. Notetaking, summaries, and action plans are how we roll. Otter makes all this possible without an overworked secretary. Otter maximizes participation, recording the discussion, in an unobtrusive way. As a secretary, the ability to capture every word of a meeting and condense it down to core points and action items is huge. Makes my job so much easier and provides a quality output.

Amazing how easy it is to record zoom meeting plus get power point slides inserted into the notes as it's recording. The transcript is incredibly accurate. A few mistakes here and there, but some of the terminology used in the lecture isn't common verbiage. Plus, the incorrect words were easy to correct. I'm impressed!

I love otter. I am a visual learner. I am able to convert audio classes and lectures into text which I can print to use in review. I also am able to highlight text when reading a non fiction book and then read into otter only those portions I highlighted proving me a wonderful short summary of the important into I wish to retain.
