Very useful and impressive assistant to have at meetings. It not only prepares a comprehensive transcript of the meeting but also comes up with a list of action items. Would love to continue to use it.

I have had an Otter Pro account for a year now, and it has changed the way I work. Before Otter, I struggled to keep up with notes in meetings, so I often found myself not engaging in conversation as I was worried about "missing something" in my notes. Now I feel free to actually pay more attention and engage in meetings because the note taking is taken care of for me by Otter. Moreover, Otter's AI chat feature is actually useful because it enables you to "ask" your notes questions. For example, a common prompt I use is, "what tasks from this meeting were assigned to me?", which will create a bullet point list of action items you need to complete. Seriously, try it for free if you are skeptical, but by integrating Otter into your daily "work life", things become just a little bit easier. It really help me like Deaf people to understand what others try say something and use otter.ai for any conversation. It help me know what they are saying.

I am able to record therapy sessions (with client permission) and play them back to help improve my work with clients. I can hear and see what was said, which helps me as a visual learner.

Otter was extremely helpful during my dissertation research project! I have a lot to do, and I used to rely on MS Teams. However, I found that the transcripts and meeting summaries weren't as accurate as I needed.
