On my wishlist - a Notion integration, ability to customise the bot title (when it comes into a call to better position it with clients), but these are not dealbreakers. It is so nice to be able to actively participate in meetings and not have to worry about taking notes, then develop action items after the fact and send out to everyone. otter.ai handles all of that! It is not only helpful for work meetings, but also as the secretary of many boards, it helps develop minutes. Overall great product - happy with my subscription!
