I have used Otter.ai for over three years and it has never failed me. I use to transcribe meeting and it provides me with a details summary and a transcript that is approximately 99% accurate (so I only need to make adjustments on new terminology). I really don't know what I would do with out Otter.ao

Otter.ai worked perfectly for an in-person leadership team meeting. It did a great job transcribing the notes, even with multiple accents (American, British, Spanish, Eastern European) and correctly assigned the speakers, which was very helpful. The action items and summaries were great to ensure we had everything we needed. The only thing I would change was a push notification or something similar for when the 4-hour limit was reached to ensure nothing was missed.
