I had an excellent experience with Otter.ai Customer Support, and I would especially like to recognize Agni for the outstanding assistance I received. I recently contacted support regarding a subscription charge following my 14-day free trial. Given my current financial circumstances, I explained my situation and requested a refund. Agni responded promptly, showed genuine empathy and understanding, and went above and beyond by approving a full refund of $99.99 as a one-time courtesy, even though the company's standard policy does not generally allow refunds. Agni also canceled my subscription to prevent future charges. What impressed me most was the kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help without making the process complicated or stressful.
