I am a long-time user, I really like the product. Recently I was in contact with Customer Services. The reps are very professional, answer in a kind, patient, to-the-point manner. The answers are personal - it is very clear that it is a human taking care of the matter. I needed to pick up a previous conversation 2 weeks after it was closed, still the customer service rep clearly looked through the previous conversation and answered my question patiently, kindly and overall in a professional and caring manner. I feel taken care of and knowing that my issue is solved.

Had an issue with an auto renew that occured in error. 1 email and the problem was solved.

Incredibly useful tool, all of the features work great. It was unexpected how much use I got out of it, because I initially downloaded it just for a more accurate transcription experience but features like summaries, etc. were valuable. The desktop app is super handy. I will certainly be coming back. Updated review: My request was addressed promptly and I was refunded an erroneous payment. Thank you!

Today I had the pleasure of working with Junior Torres from the OtterAI customer service team, and he completely restored my faith in what customer support can be. Very easy to use extremely sensitive with the voice picks up. Everything doesn’t leave anything to chance. Use it for meetings then use it to get a summary fantastic Products highly recommend it.

After trying several AI apps to record and transcribe my calls and meetings, I settled on Otter.ai. It is,by far, the most accurate and has the best features for whatever business you are in. I found that I wasted money on sub-standard apps that had all kinds of issues from inaccurate transcriptions to shutting down in the middle of a meeting. Stick with Otter.ai.
