I had used Otter for five years with unlimited access to all of my transcriptions (every single one has since been customized with additional data). Hundreds of calls, thousands of hours of recordings...and they've removed access to all of my content. WITH ZERO WARNING. They even promised I'd have access with my "legacy play" until 2025. Yet all that I can acccess are the latest 25 recordings (and I do 3+ per day, so that's less than a week of content). I've reached out countless times to their support via every channel possible. The only response I've gotten is "try resetting your browser cache." This service is to be avoided AT ALL COSTS. I hope this company goes out of business. They have the most dogsh*t useless support I've ever experienced.

Terrible customer service, they won't address a glitch that keeps happening and now I somehow exceeded all of my plan's hours?? I regret purchasing this service, I never even wanted to sign up for the year I wanted to do monthly and they locked me in with their stupid policy. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Really bad. This is a rip off do not use it. Even though Our files failed to upload Otter still charged us. they used to be good but have switched to an upload cap model and will count any failed uploads

The product is satisfactory, but their customer support is non-existent. I have sent 3 messages to them trying to get them to fix a account issue and have ZERO responses.

Deleted free account the bloody thing kept turning up meetings. Even with deleted account the emails kept coming it was borderline spam.

This is the worst software tool ever invented - despite the correct settings, it will continue to join all your meetings (EVEN THOSE ARRANGED BY OTHER HOSTS) which leads to embarrassing conversations - the owners of Otter probably think they are being clever - 'oh all these new people will see our brand and want to subscribe' - no the truth of the matter is that it is seen as a massive invasion of privacy - no-one wants it to join a call UNLESS YOU ARE THE HOST - have deleted account, will never ever use it again even if they resolve this issue.

Wish I can give them 0 star absolutely disgusting Customer service agent was rude lulianna . These peoples have taken £22.80, £0.80, £136 payment within one month of start tablet not working no integration. Pathetic service no invoice the person who sold out to me didn’t send no contract but signed a contract came to know today I have cancelled it straight away as it was useless with in calling off period . Taking them to complain small Buisness stay away and mr Luke sober can you call me and explain you said it’s reputed company where is reputation contacted was £48 a month?

very offensive It attacked my privacy, emails and my meetings! It joined my meetings while I do not asked or even while I do not joined, and take notes from my meetings! I am searching to find a way to get rid of it.
