I've trusted Otter for years in my career as a freelance journalist. The transcriptions are almost always word perfect and interactions with customer service (thank you Julia) have been efficient, kind and human.

Junnior efficient and helpful w my issues!

Extremely helpful. Thank you

Otter was a great tool for me when I needed it and when I had no further use for it Simon Lau and Julia Guerrero were extremely helpful in getting everything canceled at no cost to me. Great product even greater team!

Fast, responsive and understanding. thank you !

Allan handled several questions and account details with care, clarity, and impressive efficiency. I felt like I was being addressed by a human being rather than processed through customer service. There had been some confusion that resulted in my having two separate Otter subscriptions, and Allan quickly helped me sort everything out, including the appropriate refund. Smooth, professional, and refreshingly human support—and I’m happily continuing with Otter. Thank you, Allan!

Had a billing issue. We inadvertently had 2 seats for our software and only needed 1. It was quickly resolved and refunded by Maryia from Otter. It's great to see a Company having a Customer Service Department as good as their product.
