We have been using Otter.ai for all our meetings with our teams. Our company has recently undergone some changes that required a change in our meeting's platform. I am loving this tool to help me notetaking. Also I contacted customer support to see if I could get a student discount as a UK university student. The customer support was great. Agni from customer support was great and emailed me back quickly with clear advice to sort out my discount!

Junnior quickly addressed a problem with a change in email, display name, and note taker name. Because I did not make my own changes correctly, it required several emails from me. Junnior responded quickly to each and every one and treated me as if I was his only client. He was patient and supportive. He is terrific and has personal qualities you cannot teach to someone. Great company and great staff.
