Otter.aiReviews of otter.ai

I just attended a lecture on climate change at Imperial College, London. Otterai did a great job transcribing and even more so making coherent notes. I’m amazed.

very helpful!

Jennifer B. was incredibly quick to respond to and answer my questions! She was thorough and got my issue solved in one day.

I had been trying to cancel my Otter.ai subscription for some time, but I no longer had access to the email address associated with the account, which made the process extremely frustrating. Once I contacted support, however, the experience completely turned around. Morgen responded quickly, located the account, cancelled the subscription immediately, and even issued a prorated refund on my last payment. What stood out most was how straightforward and helpful the resolution was after I had spent so much time trying to sort it out myself. The communication was clear, professional, and efficient. I really appreciated the way Morgen handled the situation. Excellent customer support experience.

The support helped resolve my issue very quickly and was very courteous. I will use Otter again in the future because of this!

Had a very positive experience with Otter’s customer support. My issue was handled quickly, professionally, and with a very customer-friendly approach. The support team was responsive and genuinely helpful throughout the process. The product itself has some limitations for my particular use case, but the quality of the customer service definitely stood out. Overall, a very smooth support experience.

Brittany was incredibly helpful and was able to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently. She was super kind and easy to work with.

Proactively helpful support. Did more than I asked.
