Otter.aiReviews of otter.ai

My question was addressed in a very timely manner. Brittany was knowledgeable about all the aspects of the question presented. When I needed to include others from our organization, she was more than willing to allow them to enter the conversation and respond to everything they asked. The process was done quickly, fairly and efficiently.

I received a very prompt response and assistance from Agni Leiva after I erroneously processed subscription payment. Payment was reversed thanks to Agni Leiva. Should also mention though that otter.ai is better accurate in transcribing than other ai tools.

I accidentally placed duplicate orders for Otter Pro and the Business Plan. Junnoir promptly resolved the issue by canceling the mistakenly ordered Business Plan and processing a full refund. Truly appreciate Junnior’s help and assistance.
