I contacted Julia, because of an issue, and she was so helpful and quickly resolved it. I was very impressed. I use Otter.ai for transcribing interviews I make. I do double check and edit as and when necessary, but it really makes my job easier and is progressively improving.

I had an issue with my account that was entirely the result of my own mistake, and Julia went above and beyond to help me get it resolved. She was incredibly patient, professional, and genuinely committed to finding a solution. What impressed me most was that she took ownership of the situation and stayed with it until the problem was completely resolved. She could have easily treated it as my responsibility, but instead, she went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Customer service like this is becoming increasingly rare. Julia is an outstanding representative, and I sincerely appreciate the time, effort, and care she put into helping me. She deserves recognition for the way she treated me and the exceptional service she provided.

I emailed customer services about a refund for an annual subscription, which I no longer wanted. The support team member who helped me resolve the issue, Agni Leiva, was tremendous and a pleasure to deal with. I am very impressed and, having gone from immense frustration at being charged for something I didn't want or need to delight at getting an immediate refund, would be happy to recommend Otter.
