I ordered two rings and paid for express shipping. I received a receipt and verification of order. Still no tracking number after long interactions through several different avenues. I want my money back

Ordered but they did not give me a tracking number. It has been more than a week. Whatsapp support number ignoring my queries. Even email but did not get a response. Could be a scam.

Tardaron muchos dias en traerla, según parece por problemas de aduana. Tuve que rellenar un formulario, y pagar impuestos de la misma. El primer dia de usarla, se ha puesto completamente negra, por la parte que toca la piel, dudo ... incluso por su peso, que sea plata.

Please don't bay .Poor quality made in Turkey

Ordered and payed a ring two months ago. Only thing that arrived is an email. It's a scam, don't loose your money there. After nearly 10 weeks reaction as below. In a mail to my wife about 2 weeks ago they state that the chosen ring is out off stock and that they will return the money. But no money appears. They're good at mailing, but not to be trusted. Maybe this helps?

I bought two types of wedding bands from OttaSilver on the 18th of December 2021 as a surprise Christmas Present for my partner and i as an engagement promise ring. The rings arrived and i can not fault the items as they were as they looked on the fotos beautiful, however because these bands were thick the sizes were two sizes too small for both of us! And as my partner didn't like gold color on him I sent the two sets of rings back, for the gold color rings to be refunded and the other set to be exchanged for a bigger size. To send items back you first have to get the returns authorised by OttaSilver, so i sent in my request detailing out what they needed to do. They agreed. I sent my items on the 11th of January 2022 by tracked mail, even though i could see that my items were delivered and signed for to them the next day for a week i didn't hear from them and after chasing them they claimed that they still didn't receive my items when i sent them proof that they have my items I got a message from Kadir saying we got your stuff so what do you need us to do, I went ahead and once again explained that one set of rings I wanted to get a refund for and the other to be sent but 2 sizes bigger. I got a reply to say there is a shortage of items and they are waiting to hear from a manufacturer. I had to chase another 3 times and once again Kadir asked me what I needed them to do, at which rate I have had enough and told him to read through the email trail. He than confirmed that one set of rings will be refunded and they other will be posted today (01/02/2022). Well today I received the rings only they are the rings we asked to be refunded as they are the rings my partner didn't like. Needless to say after almost two months of back and forth emailing and wasting my own time and money on sending back these rings this whole experience has ruined my Christmas/Engagement surprise present. When we opened the bos today and found the wrong rings, my partner said to send it back and we will get rings from somewhere else!

Keep away everything fake

These rings are LOW quality. Like, LOW low! I bought 2 of their most expensive rings and they are hallowed out under the base making them uncomfortable. It also means that if you order a clearer gemstone people will be able to see your finger/hair through your ring. Gross. Last, and WORST of all, one of the two rings was suppose to come with all sorts of detail and engravings and it looks like they hit it against an angle grinder multiple times. Just shear raw chunks taken out all over it. What on earth Ottasilver! Guarantee that all the 5 star ratings about them are all fake. Heck, I doubt these gems are real. Hopefully it's real silver but I doubt it. Complete trash. (**Edited**) So Ottasilver did get ahold of me due to this review saying, "They would refund half my money if I pulled this review.". I refused to pull it stating that "I thought it would be better for people to see.". After that, they did in fact refund my full amount paid. So, maybe they are trying to be better? So, thank you Ottasilver for honoring good customer service after the fact. It is appreciated.
