EDIT: this used to be a 1 star review because I was afraid my ring would never come since they had some delay in the shipping and it was impossibile to track the package since I lost my Ottasilver profile password and I was unable to unlock my profile. But I must say they were extremely useful once they found out I had a problem, they reached out to know what was wrong and updated me on the shipment status once they had more news. The ring came today and honestly it's gorgeous. I'll still put 4 stars because of the delay (It was supposed to be a Valentine's gift and it came ten days after Valentine's day) but honestly It was worth the wait. I will probably purchase again. I wanted to attach some pictures of the ring but I'm not sure Trustpilot allows that, but I assure the ring is beautiful.

très bon site , bijoux de qualité , envoi sans soucis , attention de bien choisir la taille d'une bague en mesurant le diamètre d'une de vos bagues , si vous devez renvoyer c'est à vos frais en turquie (si l'erreur vient de vous) , sinon entière satisfaction , je recommande .

Very good design and craftsmanship, the only remark is concerning ring size, I have two rings supposedly different sizes but in the end the diameter is the same.

i am a repeat customer in one of my purches ibought 2 rings for 249$ i wanted to get refund in order to purches different rings your answer was negative because it was a special deal i can nit find the logic all i wanted is to get refund in order to make new purches
