You have a good selection of items (gems, metals, design styles) I would like to see larger sizes for men to be able to wear rings on more than (in my case ) ring or pinky finger. Delivery was prompt, packaging was ok. I did not receive a velvet bag or each of my 3 purchases. Having 2 (two) rings even at this price point, in the same bag with delicate gem stones was not ideal. That's something expected from a much lesser quality manufacturer of jewelry. I am happy with my purchases and hope future shopping will be an equally pleasant experience as well.

My experience with this company was superb. When ordering a product, the website is easy to use and is overall well designed. The product I ordered is as described and looks truly remarkable.

The second ring was what was represented. However the first ring stone is dull and has no luster.

Easy to navigate site paired w excellent customer service

The pieces I've purchased from Ottasilver are very stylish and I've received many compliments. They're very affordable. The only real problem I have had was the thickness of the ring bands in the back. I've purchased many rings and about 10% were too thin so if you bend them they may break. Otherwise the settings seem to stay intact and in place.

All 8 of the rings I've purchased have been unique and outstanding in design workmanship and quality. Given the time and opportunity I'll buy more and every time someone notices and compliments 1of my pieces I'll be more than happy to share where I got them. The only issue I have is the time it takes to receive my orders because I rarely have received emails about the shipping and expected delivery dates of my orders. Plus it seems I rarely receive discounts or sale pricing mainly because I order what I want when I want so my fault. Lastly I just received 3 new rings after a long wknd out of twn. One I pulled outta my mailbox the other my neighbor had brought inside. I've been wearing them since I unwrapped them and I really like them. Thanks you all do great work and I love that you offer great pieces that are real silver and reasonably priced because gold and platinum prices are through the roof.

Well they finally got back with me and gave me a 20% refund. This was the result I was asking for originally…..this is after I left a negative review…..The ring is very unique and good quality. They just need better quality control. The process took too long in my opinion, to get this resolution. I was persistent. I might order again from them. We will see.
