I was pleasantly surprised by the presentation packaging. It gave a GREAT first impression. There is always apprehension when making a purchase from an online retailer for the first time. I could tell from the onset this product exceeds my expectations in craftsmanship and its general look. I already know I will be making additional purchases.

Great customer service. The bracelet quality is top notch. Beautiful stones all around. It is handmade, so allow for extra processing time. I’ve already been looking at other bracelets or other jewelry on their site. Thank you!

When ordering, I had a feeling that the look and quality was going to be less than advertised because the marketing just looked too good. I am very happily pleased that I was wrong. I got a beautiful product of very strong quality built to last. The packaging is also top notch and provides an experience when opening. I am very pleased and will be ordering again.
