OTTASILVERReviews of ottasilver.com

Size was off on a previous order and they were good about helping me get the return back to them and getting the credit to reorder something else that didn’t fit. I had to remind them to give me the credit when I was finally trying to use my credit but they were fast acting and cool about it. I’ll shop with them again.

Great product, great prices, would be a 5 star but one of my orders got delayed due to a PayPal/website problem, and delivery was slower than expected but that is probably due to handcrafted workmanship.

Todo llegó bien, la pulsera es hermosa, el único problema que tuve fue a respeto de la comunicación del envío porque tenía dos productos y vinieron separados (por eso 4 estrellas), pero lo demás todo bien.

High quality ring with a beautiful design. I would recommend this to others. I'm looking foward to purchasing more items.

I ordered two rings from Ottasilver after following their ads on Instagram. I was totally prepared to be ripped off, but when the rings finally arrived, they were BEAUTIFUL. Exactly as described. I’ve worn both i er the past 2 weeks and received several compliments already. I’ll be buying more in days to come!

Firstly, the ring designs are aesthetically fantastic and they do look nice on the hand. However, while they are 925 SS, they produce them somewhat hollowed out underneath the band; reducing the weight of the ring. This also creates sharp edges that can impact comfort for some. It's really a shame because the designs are great. I would actually pay slightly more for a heavier, solid SS ring. With that being said, I'm not sure if I would purchase more of their rings unless they came out with a solid SS design.

I ordered my husband a ring as a gift, it was beautiful and he loves it, however, I ordered it with an engraving. The message was correct on the order, and on the order review it was correct as well, but on receiving the ring, it was missing a letter which actually changes the message :( i told him what it was supposed to be, so he knows, but it was a little bit of a let down.

Everything arrived on time and quickly. The only odd thing is that the updates sent to my email were very delayed. I received an email saying my order was being shipped and processed about a week after I placed the order, but in reality my item arrived the day I got that email. Weird. But the item is beautiful, fit perfectly and so far, absolutely no complaints
