Quality Issue
The silver part of the ring I bought turned black after a few uses. I don't like its quality.

Thanks for your feedback and we’re so sorry about your bad experience. Silver becomes black because of sulfur or moisture. When silver comes into contact with such elements, a chemical reaction takes place and a black layer is formed. The oxidation of silver jewelry is a sign that it is really silver. The good news is, the oxidization can be easily removed with a silver polishing cloth or with baking soda. Please feel free to reach out to our support team via email if you need further assistance. We'd love to hear from you!
