52 days and still no bracelet....Ordered bracelet early Jan. Did receive it a little over 3 weeks later. Too small. Promptly returned it for an exchange (within 1 day). Waiting 4 weeks, almost 5 weeks now and still no bracelet, no shipping or tracking info. Beware!

Placed an order, card was charged, but they say there is no order on file

Two weeks ago, I made a purchase for $300. I paid extra for express shipping. After a few days, I sent my first email—they said they had a lot of orders and can't say when the package will be shipped! What is this? Nowhere on the website was any information that they didn't have the product in stock and couldn't keep up with shipping. I sent another email—same thing, no information. So I said I was canceling the order and asked for a refund. It's been a week now, and I have neither my money nor the items I purchased. I will obviously have to report the matter to the police! This is the first time in my life I have encountered such terrible service and fraud. Let's call it what it is: this company is one big SCAM. This company steals money and cheats you. Don't give up and write about your problems here so that people will finally stop shopping with them. BE aware of THIEVES and FRAUDSTERS #ottasilver

Worst customer service on the planet, buy elsewhere and save yourself a lot of grief and time. if you have an issue you have to be a total nag just to get any response out of them. Once you get a response the link they give you for return label doesn't work. Only see results when you post negative reviews. Still waiting on exchanged ring from them to ship. Not holding my breath that that will ever happen.

I recently ordered a bracelet as a Christmas gift and was very excited to use it for the holidays. According to the tracking information, it was marked as delivered on December 31. However, when I checked my mailbox shortly afterward, there was nothing there. I opened a case with USPS, and they sent me a letter apologizing for the incident but stating that they are not responsible. They advised me to contact the company directly for a refund or replacement. I reached out to Ottasilver via email and through their support channel, but I never received a response. I paid $160 for a bracelet that I never received. Based on this experience, I do not recommend Ottasilver. Their lack of response shows a lack of care for their customers

Avoid this platform and this site. I have been waiting for my delivery for almost a month. Today UPS called me to say that Swiss customs has blocked the delivery because Ottasôver sent a false invoice for $15 instead of the correct invoice for $349. One of two things: either they're not using the money, or they're not declaring their sales to the tax authorities. In any case, I'm going to ask for a refund for my order, and I advise anyone who has ordered from them to check their order and make sure it's for money. The comments posted on their website and on Facebook are not reliabel.

Very deceitful. Do not even think about paying for expedited shipping, they say 2-4 days, but they only ship after 2 weeks, so you will probably get your order 2-3 weeks later. Update: they pretend they are asking for my order number to provide help, but when I contacted them before writing my initial review the basically told me “it is what it is”. In the meantime my order was shipped 8 days ago, but I still haven’t received it although I PAID EXTRA for 2-4 day shipping. This company I think is just using the cheapest shipping possible and keeping the fees for themselves. STAY AWAY! SAVE YOURSELVES!

This company sells some of the most costume style rings I've ever seen. The stone either is plastic or so light that it doesn't even matter. It's made of very little silver and their engraving is the laziest possible product I'll ever see. 160 bucks for that signet ring is one of the most offensive jokes I've ever heard. When I complained, they told me I have store credit plus 10 bucks, if I accepted that, I'd have to melt down both rings to make a real one. I have to admit that after I left this review, they were cool enough to allow a refund and I did get it.
