When I was looking to purchased a bracelet from OttaSilver, it was a very smooth process. I was able to locate the products, view the description and make the purchase with full knowledge of the types of materials that are included in my products. The purchasing was very easy and smooth. I did have one question and when I reached out to Customer Service they answer it promptly and satisfactory. When my products came I was very pleased with the box and wrapping material and how it was protected. The bracelets themselves were in individual bags for protection, and also storage if I’m not using wearing my bracelets. Once I looked at the bracelets and inspected them, I was extremely pleased with the craftsmanship and how materials looked in person. Very pleased with my purchase! The quality is top shelf but, what I like just as well is, i can put it on myself. You don’t have to wait to wear until someone comes around and puts on for you. The 5 year warranty is great. All my last bracelets (from other brands) have broken on less than 2 years.

I ordered two bracelets. Came exactly as advertised. I especially like the wire cord the beads are threaded on. Rey Saturday. Very pleased with them. I am ordering another two shortly.

I was very excited to get my bracelet and when it arrived, I had ordered the wrong size. OttaSilver we’re very accommodating and took back the small bracelet and sent the next size up soon after. I got it a few days ago and I haven’t taken it off yet. I’m for sure going to recommend to friends as well as getting more for myself. Rick H

The bracelet is even nicer in person. I ordered the lapis bracelet and the stone are exquisite. It’s very well made and feels very sturdy while wearing it. I have similar bracelets from a manufacturer in Europe who uses the stretchy cord, which has snapped on me. This bracelet is far superior.
