The bracelet is beautiful. The first one i received was too small. They reached out to me and asked about my satisfaction. I told them I was unhappy because of the size. They sent a label for me to return it, and then sent me a larger size, all at no cost to me. Like I said the bracelet is beautiful coupled with the customer service; I am a customer for life.

Bracelets seem to be the highest quality and workmanship. This is my second purchase and the stones and other materials from which the beads are made are quite beautiful. The clasp is difficult to fasten without assistance when putting it on the wrist … Otherwise five stars!

Their return process was easy, with prompt confirmation, and they kept me informed about receiving the damaged goods and the shipping of the replacement, which I received today.
