OTR Solutions has been a great support for my business. They’ve helped me with everything from my fuel card and money transfer services to resolving payment issues I had with a broker. Zieler and Bailey were especially helpful, patient, and professional. They took the time to work through the problems with me and helped get them resolved. I really appreciate their customer service and would recommend OTR Solutions to other carriers.

As a brokerage company with 21 years experience, I would not advise anyone to do business with OTR Solutions!! There are a lot better factoring companies to choose from that do business the right way. They tell carriers that a broker with a top credit rating can't be factored. After the broker has the carrier bill direct and pays them, they send an invoice to the broker and demand payment. Then demands a copy of the cashed check from the broker, which is clearly the carrier's responsibility. I guess that is called trying to factor invoices after the fact!!!
