Items received were very nice but run a bit small.(hoodies). Reason for 4 stars is the shipping is quite slow. Not sure it’s worth paying for faster shipping. Zach was very good about getting back to me within a day. All i can sag is I received my items as described.Be patient with shipping

The product that I ordered was a really good quality, exactly the size we wanted (ordered an XL hoodie), and looked great! It took a little longer to get here than I would have liked (almost a month), and the package tracker used made it very difficult to understand where the package was at any given time, but other than that I'm pleased with my experience.

My item arrived as described. I love it! I chose the cheaper shipping option, then decided I wanted to change it in order to get my item faster, but when I emailed them it didn’t seem like they understood English very well and simply tried to assure me of my item being shipped soon, instead of trying to help me upgrade my shipping option. Their website didn’t mention the kind of material the shirt was made of, nor washing instructions, and it wasn’t anywhere on the item when I received it, so I had to contact them, and it took a while for them to get back to me about it, but they did. I’m satisfied with my experience and very happy with the item.

I ordered a hoodie from them and it was running a little late, I had no tracking number, so I emailed and got a response from Zach. He gave me a tracking number from 17track which if you look it up a lot of people say it is a scam and used to give fake tracking numbers. I was sure I had been scammed but about a week later it came in. I was so happy and it looks awesome, can’t wait to give it to my hubby on Christmas. Only thing is the fabric is more like an athletic type, not cotton that hoodies are normally made from. I think he will still love it though it just won’t be warm.

I’ll make this quick and easy. Pros: got package today, quality seems good so far. Colors are vibrant and match what is on the website. Glad they could fill the order with COVID-19 going on. Cons: ordered 4/4/2020, received 6/11/2020 so a bit over 2 months (website estimated a way faster ship time so expect a long wait). Tracking system updates but due to slow Chinese transportation, there were no updates for a month and a half. Indifferences: clothes are a bit baggier than expected. I am 235lbs, 6’2 with broad shoulders and a long torso. Usually I’m an XL tall or XXL. I ordered 2 XL tshirts and 2 XXL hoodies and I should’ve done with maybe Mediums or larges. But they’ll work because they’re not too small. I did email about my packages not updating and Zach told me they would be arriving soon and within 2 weeks, they were here. Suggestion To Management: request an actual tracking number from USPS or the main carrier in the country of delivery, in case the package is lost in the mail, or said person moves in the 2-3 months that it takes for delivery.

Had a little glitch at first with my order. But after all was said and done my purchase is as good as advertised. Colors are bright and bold. It is the PABST BLUE RIBBON hoodie and long sleeve shirt. When I contacted the the company with the size problem they corrected and reshipped . I will be ordering from them again.

Got our package finally today. It took a month but my son very happy with product Joyce Bass

Took awhile but very happy. Will order again.
