As usual OsoGrande had the best selection, user friendly site & great prices. it's why I don't go anywhere else when I need a knife.

My Bank made a mistake and cancelled a purchase due to our card being hacked. The initial contact from Oso Grande stated that my wife and I stole from them and they couldn't understand why we would steal a knife from hard working people like themselves . I called them and paid for the knife. The sales manager stated they they were frustrated because criminals steal from them all the time and was not even remotely interested in hearing my complaint on the content of the email written by his employee. Would recommend never doing business with them. They do not know how to build good customer relations and care not to learn.

I purchased a spyderco as a gift for a dear friend and teacher of mine and paid for overnight shipping. When I received NO confirmation of shipping on Monday, I knew something was wrong so I called. Lo and Behold! He had not even looked up my order yet on his computer or began the shipping process at all, and i think probably would not have if I had not called him. After paying for overnight shipping, I finally got a shipping confirmation on Tuesday, and it was 2-DAY Shipping!!! He couldn't bring himself to give me, the customer, what I had paid for: ONE-DAY Shipping. Not TWO DAY. A man cannot simply take money for 1-day shipping and give the client 2-day shipping and just pocket the difference. That, my friends, is called theft. Obviously this is a man who hates the idea that he has to actually move for a client, so if you MUST do business with him, choose the longest, ground, shipping option like he wants you to. But who wants to do business with a person like this anyways! He should just remove the other shipping options off his website in order to save himself the trouble.

I ordered a knife as a present for someone and paid extra for expedited shipping. I never got an email that it was shipped. I called the company EVERY DAY for 4 consecutive days, left a voicemail message, and sent a message through their website. I never talked to a human being and my messages were never answered. Now, almost an entire month later, I got an email that the knife has been shipped and my card was charged. Expedited shipping does not mean 27 DAYS LATER. I DO NOT HAVE ANY USE FOR THIS KNIFE NOW. I would like to return it but am not paying minimum 20% restocking fees and return shipping for their horrific negligence. That's assuming I even end up receiving it.

oso grande had the hard too find buck mini strider knife i was searching for and i received it in record time from them at a really good price. i was very satisfied and i will definitely recommend them to others.
