I had a couple of questions prior to ordering. I called their main number 10 days ago and after their intro I was out on music/hold for about one full minute. After that I was prompted to leave a message. I called daily after that - once midmorning and again midafternoon. Never did a live person pick up. I usually hung up after the prompt to leave a message but I did leave three additional messages with my ph# over the next nine days. To this day no one has ever called back. I finally placed an order with another online vendor.

I was very leery after seeing mixed reviews but they had the undetectable knife I wanted for my husband. (Also ordered the self defense pen for myself) I ordered on 11-24, got a confirmation email. Within 2 days got an email saying it shipped and it was delivered 3 days after that. We love both products. Good condition, the knife has a very small chip in the handle but overall a great knife. They did have great communication and I was very surprised how quickly I got the items. I am not sure if I just got lucky or if they’ve fixed things but I had a great experience.

I just tried to purchase from Osograndeknives. They didnt process my order for 4 days then when I emailed them suddenly my credit card couldnt be used because the name on the card didnt match the adult recipient. Total clown show. Would not recommend.

Be careful what you order from OsoGrandeKnives. I received an email from OsoGrandeKnives notifying me that they have Chris Reeve Pacific knives in stock. I purchased one instantly, only to realize that I over-paid. A Chris Reeve Pacific typically sells for $375 EVERYWHERE, including at the Chris Reeve Knives site. I paid $595. I informed Chris Reeve Knives that one of their authorized dealer is over-charging. They were very upset. I have never come across a price-gouged CR knife, since this was the 11th Chris Reeve knife I own. I will not let OsoGrandeKnives know about my review since they are fully aware that they are over-charging.

be very careful odering from this company. i ordered items and within a month a get a notification from capital one bank that ose grand knives was trying to use my credit card at another merchant for $350.00!!! i INFORMED OSE GRANDE KNIVES AND THEY DENIED IT BUY COULD NOT EXPLAIN WHY SOMEONE AT THEIR COMPANY TRIED TO COMMIT FRAUD ON MY CREDIT CARD THAT WAS PROVIDED TO THEIR COMPANY FOR PURCHASE OF ITEMS!!!

Ordered it a month ago. I have been calling constantly for the past few weeks to see where my knife is. Out of those calls 1 "person" picked up just to hang the phone up. Shell company.

Sent my order and received a confirmation e-mail. Haven't received order and left 6 Voicemails, Nothing. I believe they have stolen my money and would warn others not to trust them.
