I’m not sure what happened with other people and their bad experience, but mine was very good with Oso grande knives. I placed an order for a knife on Friday late at night Central time so Oso grande didn’t see it until Monday but they shipped it on Tuesday and by Friday I had the knife in my hand. I did call them on Wednesday to ask about the order but then I saw the email saying it was already shipped. Emerson had discontinued a knife that I wanted very badly and Oso grande had it so I ordered it right away Before they were all gone. I’ll definitely be a future customer.

Do not order from them, they are a rip off. I order from them in July as a gift for my husband and myself. I never received the products, an email, call, or text explaining what was going on with the order. I've called and sent emails with no response, but they didn't hesitate to debit my account. BE WARE OF THIS COMPANY AND OTHERS SIMILAR

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. No accountability AT ALL. No voicemails returned. No email's returned. AND NO PRODUCT that I was charged for. One month No product, No communication. They only thing I got was a debit to my credit card.

I ordered from this company back on July 12 2020, a gift for protection for my daughter as she entered the Air Force and away from home for the first time, it’s October 1st where’s the order? I’ve called and emailed to no response, I’ve received no emails issuing an apology or an explanation ie out of stock back order, well take this review as you wish thank you and beware.

Ordered a knife early July and they still haven't processed the order and now their web site says they are relocating and will not answer emails or ship anything until 07 SEPT. Do not order from these folks! I ordered the same knife from Amazon and it showed up two days later for a cheaper price and free shipping.

This is a terrible company as with the previous review I placed an order on June 17th and have not received the knife. I’ve called an sent messages with no response whatsoever! What terrible customer service I will never do business with this company again so buyer beware is I all I can say.
