OsoGrandeKnivesReviews of osograndeknives.com

I was very leery after seeing mixed reviews but they had the undetectable knife I wanted for my husband. (Also ordered the self defense pen for myself) I ordered on 11-24, got a confirmation email. Within 2 days got an email saying it shipped and it was delivered 3 days after that. We love both products. Good condition, the knife has a very small chip in the handle but overall a great knife. They did have great communication and I was very surprised how quickly I got the items. I am not sure if I just got lucky or if they’ve fixed things but I had a great experience.

I received my three ordered products in a timely manner. Check your junk mail email folder for the confirmation email, because mine was in the junk mail folder. Good product.

received exactly what i wanted i was pretty skeptical at first when coming across the website considering the knife i wanted was sold out in most places (pink stiletto) i bought it impulsively without doing further research on them and waited about 10 minutes until googling osogrande knives to see the reviews and well.. lets just say i began to overthink and worry if i’d actually receive it after some negative reviews lol, fortunately i did and it was very quick (about a week i’d say, it shipped out a day or two after i ordered)

I have ordered from Osogrande Knives many times and their customer service is sterling. They are one of the last shops out there that actually carry an inventory instead of just drop shipping it directly from the company. And because of this they often times have products that are discontinued but you can still get it from them because they are an actual store with product. My only hope is that they continue to be in business as it is hard to find anyone who actually has the products in stock and can guarantee shipping as they don't have to rely on a third party to ship it. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I’m not sure what happened with other people and their bad experience, but mine was very good with Oso grande knives. I placed an order for a knife on Friday late at night Central time so Oso grande didn’t see it until Monday but they shipped it on Tuesday and by Friday I had the knife in my hand. I did call them on Wednesday to ask about the order but then I saw the email saying it was already shipped. Emerson had discontinued a knife that I wanted very badly and Oso grande had it so I ordered it right away Before they were all gone. I’ll definitely be a future customer.

Good job they found a difficult to find trench knife no problem at all

I was looking for a Cold Steel knife, I wanted it at at good price and free shipping but I had several questions before my purchase. I sent them so many emails with my inquiries and so patiently they answer each and every single of them with courtesy and with knowledge. They sent me a tracking number the same day of my purchase and I got my order rapidly. They have a lot of variety of knives at a good price. I was satisfied with the price, process and their customer service.

As usual OsoGrande had the best selection, user friendly site & great prices. it's why I don't go anywhere else when I need a knife.
