they do not answer their phones or leave any messages for anything. Tracking does not say anything about movement Not delivered to USPS as of this review. How can one give minus ***** ? They do not communicate well and seem to have a lot of unhappy customers ie the low ratings. My less learned will be to contact the seller and see who they use before purchasing again.

Ordered a book from a seller in Portland, OR. To be shipped the SF Bay Area. It has been 4 days and they have not given the package to USPS. The tracking shows that is somewhere in Las Vegas, NV. Normally if only USPS was involved. It would have gotten the package in 3 days. Very pathetic middle man in the delivery pipeline. All it seems to be causing is delays.

Horrible experience. They said there was a problem with my addess, which there was not as the one I provided was correct. I tried to contact them several times when they were holding my package. Not only did they not respond to me, they turned around and sent the package back. I wish I had a choice over which shipper the company I was using used because I would NEVER use OSM again if I had a choice.

Horrible shipping! I ordered a book June 22nd, OSM received possession on June 25th in Glendale Heights, Illinois which is 19 miles from me. It left this facility on June 26th to go to USPS and nothing since then. I would of drove to pick up my package when it was 19 miles away instead of waiting to see if it will ever get dropped off with USPS.

Trash company, extremely slow shipping, ships far out of the way instead of directly to the destination. Sending a package from California to another destination 50 miles away in Cali? They'll make sure it goes to Las Vegas first and takes 10 days. CA to NC? They'll make sure it goes to PA first. Awful company

I have to order something online because it’s not available in my country.. and they shipped it with osm ww ... and it’s been overtime 60 days .. they didn’t update the tracking number I did order from that website before and I got my stuff within a week with a different shipping company so i do trust the website, but this shipping company sucks
