Vet jo ikke før jeg har fått varen

Jag har sedan ett par år tillbaka köpt en tandborste, som är märkt med namnet OSMO. Då jag har slitit ut mitt borsthuvud, har jag sökt på namnet för att kunna köpa nya borsthuvuden, men har inte lyckats. Den ansågs då vara marknadens bästa, men jag kan ju inte använda den längre, eftersom jag saknar borsthuvud. När jag nu beställer denna tandborste, får jag till min stora häpnad se, att den tillhör OSMOGRUPPEN, alltså borde jag ha kunnat beställa borsthuvuden. Jag har alltså egentligen köpt samma tandborste igen, visserligen säkert lite förbättrad, men vad lurad jag känner mig. Mitt namn bör alltså finnas i en tidigare beställning.

Buyer beware. I Ordered their "Blockwallet", on sale for $80, and it is actually much more flimsy than advertised. As it turns out, the exact same wallet is sold on Amazon by Kafellon for $30. When I requested a refund and return, they offered discounts to disuade me from sending the product back. They refused to provide an address for me to estimate shipping costs. Ultimately they admitted it was a UK address, and it would cost me ~$30 to return the item. So I kept the wallet at a discounted price, still twice the Amazon cost. And it's worth maybe one third of that price. Deceptive practices, false advertising. Unethical.
