Osmo does plain and simple dropshopping, getting their cheap low quality products from China. I stupidly ordered a wifi router from them which took weeks to arrive and didn’t work. I should have known better.

Just easy and fast, done quickly without any problem

Return E mail within 24 hours and offer of better quality replacement, even though I didn't receive what I ordered. I'm gutted. Spent $370.14 so far. To add to the review, the vacuum was of such low quality, it had 140 watt suction compared to the power of the Osmo pro. On the plus side, I did get a response within 24 hours, and I'm still waiting for a refund, after 18 days.

She answered my question and got my tracking number I received it today but wondering can it be used on carpet

Ljay was as helpful as you could hope a customer service representative to be. From start to finish there was quick and clear communication and I resolved the issue I was having without having caused as much delay as I had imagined would be the case. Was very impressed.

I decided not to buy and was refunded my money

Every time I email the company I get a response not to long after.

Fast response time in my opinion customer service is great
