Thank you for your feedback, we understand that 40 hours of training can feel like a lot. The 40-Hour SST course is required by the NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) for workers to obtain their Site Safety Training (SST) card, and we must follow these regulations to ensure proper certification and compliance. Our goal is to make the OSHA and SST training experience as clear, engaging, and manageable as possible while meeting all required standards. We truly appreciate your input and are always working to improve the learning experience for our students.

We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. To clarify, OSHA cards are issued directly by the OSHA Training Institute (OTI), and standard delivery typically takes 4–6 weeks, which is outside of our control. We also do not charge any additional fee to deliver OSHA or SST cards faster. We’d like to look into your case and help however we can. Please contact our support team with your details so we can assist you further. OSHA Training School Team
