Thank you for your honest feedback, we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that you found the website user-friendly and easy to navigate. That said, we’re sorry to learn that parts of the course narration didn’t fully align with the on-screen text and that you encountered grammatical errors or felt some of the content was redundant. Your suggestions regarding module flow, organization, and streamlining information for better knowledge retention are incredibly valuable. Our team is continuously working to improve course clarity and structure, and feedback like yours helps us identify exactly where those improvements are needed most. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will be sure to share your comments with our course development team as we work on future updates.

Matthew, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the frustration this situation caused you and your team — we understand how valuable your time is, especially when you're trying to make sure everyone gets trained properly. Our website does note that an SST Connect card is required before enrolling in the Refresher course, and we also provide example images to help customers confirm eligibility prior to registration. That said, we understand how this can sometimes be overlooked during the signup process. Once this was brought to our attention, our support team provided two resolution options: issuing a full refund or enrolling your employees in the full 40-Hour SST course at no additional cost. We processed the refund promptly based on the option you selected. We take feedback like this seriously and are always looking for ways to make course requirements and eligibility even clearer upfront to help prevent situations like this in the future.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and no worries at all about the setup hiccups, it happens more often than you’d think! We’re glad Mike and the team were able to get everything sorted out quickly and professionally for you (that’s what we’re here for). It’s also great to hear that your crew found the OSHA 10 Construction course easy to follow and were able to retain the key information. That’s always our goal, making sure the training is not only convenient, but actually sticks. We completely understand the preference for in-person training, especially with years of experience in the field. But being able to get new hires trained right away — without shutting down jobs or waiting to gather a full group — is exactly the kind of flexibility we strive to provide. Knowing your team can get prompt, proper safety training when they need it most is a big win all around. Thanks again for your recommendation and for trusting us with your team’s safety training!
