Hi James, We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t received your OSHA 10 card yet. We checked your account and can confirm that your card was mailed on August 15, 2026 to the mailing address provided in your account: 6735 Greengrove Dr Las Vegas, NV 89103 For clarity, our system requests the student’s mailing address twice — once during registration and again when the student completes the course — to help ensure the card is sent to the correct address. The card was mailed based on the address submitted through that process. We understand that you are requesting the card be sent to 6105 E Carey Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89156. Please contact our support team so we can review the delivery status with you and determine the appropriate next step. We’re always happy to help resolve delivery issues and make sure you receive your documentation. — OSHA Training School

We're sorry to hear you missed out on your job opportunity. For clarity, OSHA-authorized 10-Hour and 30-Hour courses are subject to OSHA regulations, which limit students to 7.5 hours of training per day. This means it is not possible for any OSHA-authorized provider to issue a certificate after completing the entire course in a single night, regardless of the student's pace. These rules are established by OSHA and are not something we can modify or waive. We understand that employment deadlines can be stressful, but we encourage students to plan ahead when an OSHA card or certificate is required for a job. We strive to be transparent about these requirements before enrollment and are always happy to answer questions about course timelines. We wish you the best in your future employment.

Response from OSHA Training SchoolMay 28, 2026

We’re sorry for the frustration you experienced. OSHA regulations require students to spend a minimum of 10 hours in an OSHA 10 course in order to qualify for the OSHA 10 card. Since the course was completed in under the required time, the system automatically required the remaining training time to be completed before certification could be issued. We understand this situation can be inconvenient, which is why we offered a replacement course at no additional cost. However, as stated in our refund policy, refunds are not available for completed courses. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make these requirements as clear as possible for all students.
