This was hard training to follow. Good thing our staff had years of cabling experience. The instructor's slides were completely different than the corresponding pages in the instruction booklet. This had our 4 students hurriedly flipping back and forth thru the book to try and keep up with the instructor.
Response from OSHA Training SchoolApr 7, 2026
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the frustration your team experienced due to the lack of alignment between the presentation slides and the instruction booklets. At OSHA Training School, we aim for a seamless learning experience, and it is clear we fell short for your group. We are currently reviewing our course materials to ensure all printed guides and digital slides are perfectly synchronized to prevent this kind of confusion in the future. We are glad that your staff's extensive cabling experience helped them navigate the material, but we recognize that the training itself should have been much easier to follow. We appreciate your honest feedback as it helps us improve. If you’d like to discuss this further, please feel free to reach out to us directly.
