The shoe was too big so I order to…
The shoe was too big so I order to exchange it, I have to pay $9.95 for another shoe instead of exchanging sizes. Your choices for refunds etc were not con and I feel very mislead but your advertising of easy returns. This is not an easy process. I so hope these shoes fit as I can’t keep paying $9.95 to find the correct size.

To all you folks who plan on ordering…
To all you folks who plan on ordering from this site I suggest you hold off on writing a review AFTER you get your shoes. Ordering is easy and pleasant until you have to wait weeks for your order to arrive. The real fun begins when you want to return them and realize you will never get your money back. They will offer you 10%, 20% or maybe 30% percent to keep them if you keep emailing them but in order to return them you will have to pay shipping charges that may exceed what you paid for the shoe to send them back to China which the site conveniently doesn’t mention. If you do receive your shoes and they fit congrats because you are one of the lucky few. But most of you will find out about the scam this website is running when you either try to return them or exchange them. I suggest you avoid ordering from this site at all but if you want to take the chance on losing the money you spent then good luck!

I have some serious issues from getting…
I have some serious issues from getting my shoes from then getting the wrong size. I was just frustrated and confused. Every person that I spoke to through emails they were constantly reassuring they would fix my concerns and get me my shoes. I feel so much better now. Thanks for all the help and support.

NICE
The Orthora site was very easy to navigate. Hopefully when the sneakers arrive they are as comfortable as advertised. I only have one issue, I wish they provided an option at checkout to use PAYPAL.

It was like striking the jackpot
It was like striking the jackpot . Totally unexpected . Need some good comfortable shoes because I have bad feet . Can not go to an orthopedic or podiatrist my health insurance doesn't cover peopley age for that specialized care . Thank you the Google shopping search helped me find orthotic care shoes . I will be back on my feet for longer distances pain free.
