After several weeks waiting for the…
After several weeks waiting for the arrival of my shoes I tried them on and no way are these sized correctly I’m usually between a 6 1/2-7 so I ordered a 7, I could probably use a size 8 if this is how they run , the only option I was given when I contacted them was to pay another $9.95 so they can ship me out a larger size

Took over a month to receive
Took over a month to receive. Once arrived its not what they claim. Waste of money cant wear because they hurt so bad. Unable to return. No customer service or support. If I could itd be a zero star

If I could rate a zero I would, never again
If I could rate a zero I would. I ordered a size 6 wide I got a size 5. Which by the way was the replacement order that the delivery service SpeedX lost,they delivered to my neighbors across the road. Never saw it or would have held on to it for me. Not a real company save your money !!!!!

The shoes are cute but that is it
The shoes are cute but that is it. They don't look like the ones in the ads, they are not comfortable, it felt like I was walking barefoot on concrete. They have no arch support and the insole i couldn't use because they made the shoe to tight. I don't know where this company is but thier ad is not truthful. They said you can get a refund if not satisfied but they only give you a partial refund oh but you get to keep the shoes, wow, why! I can't use them.

I had the pleasure of working with the most wonderful service person who's name is Ellie. She helped me with my order and was very reassuring with my questions. Please note she is a true asset to your company and best of all I love my shoes!!

The customer service at Orthora…
The customer service at Orthora Footwear is excellent and instant. I ordered one pair of shoes and was sent two pairs by mistake. Instead of returning the shoes, the Orthoro company suggested I donate the extra pair to someone in need, and they would refund the payment for the extra pair. What a generous and heartfelt solution to help the less fortunate! By the way, I love my new shoes!

Only giving one star because “0” isn’t an option
Only giving one star because “0” isn’t an option!! These shoes are an absolute joke just like trying to get a return shipping address for a refund, as their website states to do. Do not recommend! Stay far away!!!

DO NOT buy these shoes
DO NOT buy these shoes, they DO NOT provide 12 hours of comfort. The shoes are poorly made, they hurt my feet badly. Emailing customer service was a complete waste of my time. They offered me a 50% refund and suggested I give the shoes to a family, friend or donate them. Absolutely HORRIBLE.
