The shoes looks so cheap
The shoes looks so cheap, not comfortable like the advertise. Return even suck. try to offer store credit which I do not want to buy with this company any more. Now if I want a full refund, I have to ship them back to China. They have the warehouse here in US, but make it difficult for me to ship to China. Basically they force you to keep it or you got nothing back in return after send to China. What a fake company with fake shoes. Don't buy it

I wouldn’t even give this company 1…
I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. The shoes are the most uncomfortable thing I have ever worn. They advertise 45-day money back guarantee, well don’t believe that because they don’t do that. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from them.

I ordered a men's size 11 they don't…
I ordered a men's size 11 they don't have a men's size 11 so they sent me a size 10 a whole size too small for my husband's foot I've asked for a refund they've offered me $5 I paid $59 and some change they offered me a $50 credit for any of their shoes all of their shoes don't come in size 11s so I'm stuck and they're not going to give me my money back but $5 I can't believe that this is happening !!!!!!

I purchased a pair of Orthora shoes as a gift for a family member
I purchased a pair of Orthora shoes as a gift and the shoes didn't end up fitting the person. The toe part was too tight for her wide feet. I requested a refund and agreed to pay the shipping fees for the return. The process took several back and forth emails and required a photo. At the end they said I could only receive a 10% refund.

Worst shoes ever
Worst shoes ever. Don’t buy it. No return policy. Poor quality. Teared apart after 2 weeks of use. Don’t waste your money on this LOW quality shoes.

Refund policy is a joke
Refund policy is a joke. They argue forever trying to just do a 85% refund. They lie about the 100% refund!!!! The toe box is NOT wide so if you have a wide foot, don't buy these. Waste of time and money!

Highly recommend you DO NOT PURCHASE…
Highly recommend you DO NOT PURCHASE these shoes. They were absolutely horrible, hard bottoms for the soles of your feet. They did look like the picture, but beyond that, awful to wear. I wish I would have read the returns policy (and these reviews) because it is absolutely ridiculous what they have as their return policy. You cannot return them except for a store credit for 50% of purchase price or you can get a cash refund for 10% of purchase price or receive another pair and you pay postage. They require you to wear them for a number of days and take pictures to show them the problem areas before they will even talk about returns. They took a long time to arrive and had a weird tracking number that never worked. Many emails came through saying they were "about to arrive." I believe they send those emails because they have probably had so many complaints. Don't waste your money!
