Ordered the shoes in 8 1/2 needed 8, they were helpful until they said I could get 25% back from the price and keep the shoes or get them replaced and keep the ones I had. I requested them to be replaced. HAVEN'T HEARD FROM TĤEM SINCE!you may get the shoe which aren't that good.but dont ask for a different size . SCAM 3d

I have been looking for a better shoe…

The order process and check out were…
The order process and check out were fine. The only issue I had was some miscommunication with emails and the delay with the shipping process. My original order has been reshipped and fingers crossed it will arrive without any problems. I am looking forward to trying the shoes and hope it will be worth the wait.

I’m sad that spent money for online shoes
The first set of shoes did not fit. Your team worked with me to get a replacement pair that was based on measurements of my feet. Replacement shoes were sent. They were too small. The arch support was too far back in the body of the shoe and my toes were cramped due to the length of the shoe being too short. I’m sad that I bought into the idea of being able find something online that would feel comfortable on my feet. And sad that I spent money for online promises of comfort. I’m going to give them to an impoverished friend of mine.

Very easy process to order
Very easy process to order! But could you please tell me if the message I sent about my mistake of ordering the wrong size? The shoes should be a women’s size 8, not a size 6!
