Advertising was compelling, not yet tried.
I have not yet tried the shoes, but the advertising was impelling. Using the web site to order was easy, although it would have been nice to be able to see other items that were similar to what I did order at the time, instead of having to go back to the search bar for more offerings.

This company is the worst!!
This company is the worst!!! What they advertise is a complete scam!!! Shoes aren’t what they look like online and the fit and quality is awful. Then when you ask to return they make it impossible to be able to return their product to get your money back as navigating the return process is beyond difficult and to the point impossible!!! They advertise easy returns…complete lie. Plus when you reach out to return these horrible fitting shoes they try to sell you more shoes to get more of your money instead of offering an easy return and refund. Don’t ever buy from this company!!! It’s a total scam…I had to reach out to my credit card company because this company will take your money and refuse to give it back.

At first it was a little hard to figure out how to do an exchange. I just couldn't see a place on the web site to do a return/exchange. Once I wrote a couple of emails, my exchange was completed in less than a minute.
