Ordering was very easy
Ordering was very easy. The shoes I ordered ended up being too small. The customer service was very prompt in helping me exchange my shoes for a different size. As of right now I am waiting on my replacement shoes.

I wanted to order the light blue /navy…
I wanted to order the light blue /navy or black combo I saw the previous day on the boho for the 3rd pair but it wasn’t listed. I was not given the opportunity to choose a color on that 3rd pair for the special offer. So have no idea what will be coming besides the black pair and white pair. I do not like that thae insurance is automatically added. It should be optional. Otherwise everything else was easy.

Great advertising
Your advertisement for the shoes has been really good and got me interested. But the shopping experience was mediocre. I found what I liked but couldn't really find different foot pains specific for each shoe and the part I didn't like the most was the trying to sell more things after you've already made your purchase

Wasn’t able to find a search button to…
Wasn’t able to find a search button to look for other styles of shoes like sandals I might have wanted to order. Didn’t appreciate the auto load of the mail guarantee fee, would have preferred the option to add. Finding the delete button for the auto add fee was somewhat of a challenge. Not all styles were shown on website, even if not on sale.

So far so good
So far so good! The ordering process was easy. I do not care for the impulse items that they ask if you want because it throws me off on my ordering and confuses me, but that is me, nothing against the company.
